New instructions. Class each of you just only need to pay $8 for the ROOM ONLY. We have decided to collect the chalet money first, BBQ expenses will be either few days before the chalet or the day itself. Other expenses, please save up enough money for personal use. More details will be discuss during the next CE lesson. Note: We will have 4 free Theme Park tickets, who wanna go please tell the 3e2 community. Pass the $8 to Siti asap, thanks

Check-in / out

Check-in Time
Check-in is after 2.30pm. However, we welcome and encourage early check-in (subject to chalet availability). Although the chalet may not be ready, you can collect the chalet key and begin enjoying the resort facilities.


Check-out Time
Check out time is before 10.30am; a full day charge will be levied on occupants who check-out after 10.30am. There is no inventory check. Kindly proceed straight to the Reception Counter with your key.

Anyone can check out on your behalf.

Someone Checking-in on behalf
No written authorisation is required. The authorised person must be 18 years and above and has to produce the following upon check-in:

  • The authorised person’s I/C
  • Confirmation of Booking Form
  • The member’s NTUC Card (if applicable) for verification purposes

Admission to Resort Premises
There is no charge for admission to the Resort premises. All visitors entering the resort after midnight are requested to sign in at the security post (main entrance).


Allocation of Chalets
Allocation of chalets is on a first-come-first-served basis, according to the booking number. Applicant is not allowed to select the chalet.

BBQ Pits/Tables and Stools

BBQ Pit Rental
The chalet does not come with a BBQ pit. You would have to rent the portable BBQ pit from Bibik Caterers. The rental of BBQ pit is $16 per day inclusive of wire mesh (refundable deposit of $20 is required per pit). You are not allowed to bring your own portable BBQ pit to the Resort.

After you had rented the portable pit, you may bring and place it at the private porch area, just in front of your chalet to start your BBQ party.

Size of pit : 21 x 15 inches

BBQ Items
Items like charcoal, fire starter, etc. are available at both Bibik Caterers (Halal) and the Sundry shop.

Tables and Stools Rental
$6 per day for a table (refundable deposit of $10 is required per table)

Size of table : 3 x 3 ft
$1 per day for a stool (refundable deposit of $2 is required per stool)
Booking and collection of pits/tables and stools are at Bibik Caterers (Halal). Tel: 65832188.

Rules & Regulations

Playing Music/VCDs/VCRs/TV Games
Volume of the music must be kept at a reasonable level. VCDs/VCRs and TV games are not allowed to be connected to our TVs.

Eviction
The Resort reserves the right to evict all loud, rowdy and misbehaving guest. There will be no refund of chalet rental.

Damage to Property
Guest will be charged for all damage to property.

Cooking in the Chalet
No cooking is allowed.

Pets
Pets are strictly not allowed into Costa Sands Resort (Pasir Ris).

Note: The cost of 3D2N for PSR duplex (NTUC member)(Weekdays) is $248, including 4 Theme Park Tickets. Those who wants the Theme Park Ticket, please pay extra $7 money for it, means total $25.
